FALL 2025 EVALUATION DATES

SNLL's Fall 2025 evaluations dates and location are TBD.  Players need only attend ONE evaluation date. Additional information (e.g., location and time) will be emailed once finalized. Players are to come to evaluations ready to play ball. They will need a Little League approved bat, glove, helmet and protective cup (for male players).  Also, make sure to bring plenty of water.

Evaluations are for the Minors (Player Pitch), Majors, Intermediate, Juniors, and Seniors Divisions ONLY and is REQUIRED. (Unless evaluations are waived for the Intermediate, Juniors and Seniors Divisions.)

Tee-Ball and Rookies (Coach Pitch) Divisions do not evaluate.

League age 8 year old players MUST be evaluated for the Minors (Player Pitch) Division, unless it is their first season of baseball. League age 8 year old players are not guaranteed a roster spot on a team in the Minors (Player Pitch) Division. If they are not drafted to a team in the Minors (Player Pitch) Division, league age 8 year old players will be drafted to a team in the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division.

League age 7 year old players may be evaluated for the Minors Division (Player Pitch) if the player has previously played baseball (e.g., two seasons in the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division). If they are not drafted to a team in the Minors (Player Pitch) Division, they will be drafted to a team in the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division.

DRAFT

The following Divisions draft players: Rookies (Coach Pitch), Minors (Player Pitch), and Majors. The Juniors and Seniors Divisions will draft players only if multiple teams are formed in each Division.  Players will be drafted according to their skill level and age group. In drafting Divisions, parents/guardians cannot make coach and/or friends requests and such requests will not be considered.

Drafts are conducted in strict compliance with the Little League Operating Manual and the Official Regulations and Playing Rules Book (e.g., the "Blue Book").

Tee-Ball - Non-Drafting Division

In the Tee Ball Division, each Head Coach/Team Manager can "hold" their child, the children of their three (3) Assistant Coaches, and any other player up to a maximum of ten (10) players. Parents are permitted to make a coach request and/or a friend request during the registration process. SNLL will do its best to honor coach and/or friend requests for Tee Ball, but does not promise that all such requests can be fulfilled.

What's Next?

  1. Teams will be announced after the draft. (You will be contacted by your child's Head Coach/Team Manager.)
  2. Practices are eligible to begin after the draft is complete.
  3. Regular Season starts on the dates announced by SNLL.
  4. Playoffs in competitive divisions begin right after the season ends.

BASEBALL DIVISIONS

SNLL welcomes male and female players with "league ages" 4-16 years old to participate in its baseball program.

DETERMINING A PLAYER'S "LEAGUE AGE"

Little League International utilizes a "League Age" for players, which is often different than their actual age. For the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons, SNLL will use the Little League 2026 League Age Chart.   Until the Little League 2026 League Age Chart becomes available, you can use the following information to calculate your player's league age.

The Age Determination Date for a Little League baseball player is the actual age of a player as of August 31.

For both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons, this will be the actual age of the player as of August 31, 2026.
