The Rookies Division is a coach pitch division for league ages 6, 7, and some 8-year olds. This is when our young players start hitting moving balls. 

Coach and/or friends requests cannot be made in the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division and such requests will not be considered. 

League age 6 year old players should have played one season (preferably two) of Tee Ball-equivalent baseball to be eligible to play in this division. 

League age 8 year old players may request approval to register for the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division, if it is their first season of baseball. Otherwise, they MUST be evaluated for the Minors (Player Pitch) Division. Contact SNLL’s Player Agent for more information.

League age 5 year old players who want to play in the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division, must have played two seasons of Tee-Ball AND must receive approval from SNLL before they can be eligible to be placed on a Rookies (Coach Pitch) team. Contact SNLL’s Player Agent for more information.

The Minors AA and AAA divisions are competitive kid pitch divisions.

League age 7 and 8-year olds MUST have played one season (preferably two) of Rookies (Coach Pitch) equivalent baseball to be eligible to evaluate to play in the AA division, must have sufficient skill and ability, and are not promised a roster spot in AA (they must be drafted). Players not drafted will remain in the Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division. 

Players and/or their Parents/Guardians do not select whether they wish to play in the AA or AAA division as they are drafted "up".  All players must attend one of the scheduled player evaluations sessions to be eligible for the draft. The AAA Managers draft their players and any remaining players are placed in the AA draft pool.  

Game scores and standings are kept and will be used to seed the teams for the end of season tournaments. In the spring season, AAA teams may also be selected to play in a District 4 Tournament of Champions after the regular spring season ends.

The Majors division is a competitive division. Game scores and standings are kept and will be used to seed the teams for the end of season tournaments. At the end of the spring season, teams may also be selected to play in a District 4 Tournament of Champions after the regular spring season ends. All players in this division must attend one of the scheduled evaluations to be eligible for the draft.  League age 10 and 11 year olds may evaluate, but are not guaranteed to be drafted to Majors (if not drafted, they will be placed in the Minors division draft pool).  

This division is the first to utilize a regulation sized baseball field with a 90-foot base path and 60-foot 6-inch pitching rubber. This division is scheduled by and run at the District level.
